4. 每件商品需要另外支付 RM4.32 Booking Fee（包含 8% SST）。
5. 每件商品先到先得。商品各场次数量有限，售完为止。
6. 购买后恕不退款或更换。
7. 对于未领取的物品，主办方保留不予受理且不予退款的权利。

2. Each item is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned for validation. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
3. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
4. Each item subject to RM4.32 Booking Fee (include 8% SST).
5. Item(s) is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
6. No refund or exchange of item(s) is allowed once your booking is confirmed.
7. The Organiser reserves the right not to entertain and no refund for the uncollected item(s).

8. 如果门票的真实性或有效性受到质疑，包括门票是否有任何损坏或污损，或者不是从 Star Planet / BookMyShow 或主办方授权的销售点购买的，可能会拒绝领取。
9. 请留意 Star Planet / BookMyShow MY 社交媒体了解领取详情。
10. 其他条款和条件可能会另外实施或执行。
门票不得转售或以面值或超过面值的溢价转售，也不得用于广告、推广或其他商业目的（包括比赛、抽奖和贸易促销），或在任何情况下提升其他商品/服务的需求。

2. Printed or e-tickets must be presented for collection and must display all required details, including QR code, item information, and transaction number. Screenshot / image format of e-ticket(s) will NOT be accepted.
3. No refund or exchange of item(s) is allowed once your booking is confirmed.
4. In support of environmental protection, shopping bags will not be provided during collection. Please bring your own.
5. Lost or damaged item(s) will not be entertained.
6. Please check your item(s) before you leave collection counter. If item(s) is in defective condition, please inform the officer immediately. Any changes after that will not be entertained.
7. The Organiser reserves the right not to entertain and no refund for the uncollected item(s).
8. Collection may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Star Planet / BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the Organiser.

Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at face value or a premium over the face value of the tickets or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.
