Ticket Booking

1. Can I choose my seats?

The system will assign the seat(s) accordingly and shall the event is allowed for seat selection, customers will be able to choose/change the seat selection at their fingertips.


2. How many tickets can I order in one transaction?

You are allowed to buy up to 10 tickets per transaction. The maximum number of tickets available can vary from event to event. RM10 Transaction Fee applies per transaction for ticket purchase via website. However, the ticket limits are subject to event basis.


3. What are the administrative charges for event tickets?

RM 4 Booking Fee applies on each ticket.


4. How can I confirm the ticket I ordered has been purchased?

A confirmation email containing details of your order will be sent to your registered email.


5. I booked a ticket through the website but did not get a confirmation email?

Please make sure that the email has not gone to your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder. If your confirmation email details are still missing, click on the 'Resend Booking Confirmation on the website to resend the confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact us at +603-9223 3667 or email to [email protected] for further assistance.


6. Can we cancel or change my ticket?

All sales are final. All transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained.


Payment

1. Verified By Visa - MasterCard Secure Code

Verified by Visa provides extra protection to ensure that only you can use your Visa/MasterCard to make purchases online. All banks in Malaysia are in used of One-Time password (OTP). You just need to make sure that you have registered your mobile phone number with your Visa/MasterCard card issuing bank. An OTP will be sent to your mobile phone after you have submitted your payment card details at the payment page.


2. What are the available payment methods to purchase ticket(s)?

Currently the available payment method is a Visa/MasterCard credit & debit Card. We will add other payment options in the near future.


3. When I enter my credit card information, the website requests a CVV code. What is the CVV code?

CVV is also known as the card verification code (CVC) or card security code (CSC). 

The CVV is a 3-digit code encoded on the back of the Visa/MasterCard credit & debit card. This is an extra security measure to ensure that you have physical access or ownership of the card that you use.

  • For Visa and MasterCard, CVV is a 3-digit number, which printed on the reverse side of the card next to the magnetic strip.
  • For American Express card, CVV is a 4-digit number, which printed in front at the right side of the card towards the end of the card number.


4. My booking has failed, but my credit card has been debited? What should I do?

5. How long will the refund credited to my payment card?

Depending on the policies of each bank, it might take up to 15-30 business days for the reversal to take effect. Kindly contact us at +603-9223 3667 or email us at [email protected] for further assistance.

1. What is the best browser?

BookMyShow website can support Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera and we are trying to add support for other browsers as well from time to time.


2.Why is this website slow?

We have optimized the website speed, to offer the best experience for customers, we also ask you to occasionally check your internet connection with an Internet Service Provider.


3. What should I do if my booking is not finished?

We apologize for the inconvenience if this happens. If your order process fails during the payment process, we will notify you if an error has occurred and return the deducted amount within 3 weeks.


4. I have booked a ticket through BookMyShow, but the event has been cancelled/postponed

If there is a cancellation/postponement, please refer to the official announcement from the promoter/BookMyshow for further information and action.
